Valentine's day doesn't just have to be about your sweetheart. It includes everyone you appreciate - family, friends and yes, even co-workers. Maybe a little sweet treat for those who help you get through the day is just what they need to know they're appreciated. Below I made mini sundaes for my co-workers with banana pudding that I made the night before, light Cool Whip, and some Oreo cookies (can use the 100 calorie packs if you want to keep it low cal snack). If you aren't in the mood to prepare food, maybe a card. If you're feeling extra silly, grab one of the boxed sets like you used to give away in elementary school. How could anyone resist smiling at that?
